Services

The Services page lists every engagement your firm is handling for the current profile — ongoing, completed, and discontinued. Each row shows the service name and ID, its current status, and when it was last modified.

Filtering the list

Use the filters above the table to narrow what you see:

• Service type — show only a specific type of service, or all types
• Year — switch between all years or a specific year

You can also sort the table by Service, Status, or Last Modified using the arrows next to each column header.

Acting on a service

Each row has two actions:

• Folder icon — opens the document folder for that service, where you can view and upload documents tagged to it
• Chat icon — opens any conversations related to that service (only available if a conversation exists)
