User Settings
User Settings is where you manage your own profile and reminder preferences. Profile fields (name, mobile number) apply to you everywhere you sign in; reminder email preferences are configured per client.
Your profile
Section titled “Your profile”Update the name and mobile number associated with your user account:
- Email address — shown for reference only. It can’t be changed here; contact us if you need to update it.
- First name (required), Middle name, Last name (required)
- Mobile number
Click Save profile to apply your changes.
Reminder emails
Section titled “Reminder emails”For each client you have access to, you can control how often you receive automated action-item reminders. These preferences apply only to your own email — they don’t affect other users on the same client.
- Receive reminder emails — toggle off to stop all automated reminders for that client. You’ll still get a one-time email when a new action item is assigned to the client.
- Frequency — how often reminders are sent while action items remain open (e.g. Weekly).
