From inside the portal
Section titled “From inside the portal”The fastest way to reach your team is the Reach out to your accounting team page in the portal sidebar — it routes your message to the right person and includes the context of which profile you’re in.
By email
Section titled “By email”You can also email tech@sevaltd.com for portal or technical issues. For tax or accounting questions, message your accountant in Conversations so the discussion stays on your client record.
What to include
Section titled “What to include”To help your team resolve things quickly, please mention:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead (and any error message)
- Which profile you were in, if you have more than one
- A screenshot if it’s a visual issue
